OWNERS NOTICE
To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% of advance. Payed advance is non-refundable in case of canceling reservation. Tourist tax is not included into th eprice. Boat berth to 5 m is free. Family house (83m2) and terraces on two sides of the house (totally 74m2). House is consisted of: 2 bedrooms – in one bedroom is double bed, children's crib and closet, in other bedroom are two single beds and closet. Living room has three-seater (suitable for 2 persons) and tv. Living room is connected with kitchen which has all necessary equippment. Bathroom has shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. Terraces are on south and east side of the house. House is located in center of settlement Zapuntel, 500 m far from the promenade. Distances: Brgulje-6km, Molat-8km. Guests can arrive by car (assured parking near the house) with ferry Zadar-Molat every day. House is newly decorated this spring with many new equippment. Guests can active participate in fishing. Possibility of one-day excursions with a boat on other islands (like Ist), biking. At the end of vacation guests get a gift of Zapuntel as thankful for arrival. House can accommodate 1-8 persons, but most optimum is 5-6 persons. Welcome!
