Apartment 2 = 01.06.-25.06. and 07.09.-30.09. = 50 EUR, 26.06.-14.07. and 26.08.-06.09. = 57,50 EUR, 15.07.-25.08. = 75 EUR. Apartment 3 = 01.06.-25.06. and 07.09.-30.09. = 50 EUR, 26.06.-14.07. and 26.08.-06.09. = 57,50 EUR, 15.07.-25.08. = 75 EUR. For staying less than 5 days price is 30% higher. Tourist tax is included into the price. Apartments are for rent only during the season from 01.06.-01.10. Apartment 2 has air conditioner which is extra charged 5 EUR per day. Pets are charged 3 EUR per day. Arrival is after 13.00 and departure till 09.00. Price includes: linen, dishes in kitchen, water, power. Guests pay + 20 EUR of advance for cleaning the apartment. If apartment is left clean, we return that advance. For any kind of damage in apartment guests have to pay for it to the owner. Smoking is allowed in apartments. In season we don`t take reservations shorter than 7 days. Area of apartment 2 is 56 m2 + balcony of 8 m2. Apartment 3 – is for 4 persons. It has two bedrooms with double beds, kitchen (fridge, stove, sink, hot water, dishes), bathroom (sink, wc, shower, hot water), balcony, tv/sat. Area of the apartment 3 is 48 m2 + balcony 20m2. Each apartment has 1 parking space in yard and possibility of using grill. Distances: Sea – 150 m, Beach – 200 m, Novalja center – 200 m, Store – 100 m, Restaurant – 150 m, Ambulance – 500 m.
